The main components for the high performance of the extruders are specially custom made by RANASONS. Extruder drives are available with inverter - controlled electric motor.
Each heating zone of the extruder is controlled individually by a set of ceramic heaters. Each heater is mounted firmly to the barrel and is usually suppiied with a cooling fan to steadily control the heating parameters. The feed zone for the plastic material is cooled by means of a water circuit which will prevent the heat from being transferred inside the hopper.
